What is a Turkey Drumsticks?

Smoked or Barbcue Turkey Drumsticks are big in the USA. I bought one in DisneyLand Florida and it was bloody good.

Butchers Tip
Make sure the sinuse have been removed. Not often done in modern butchery.

Cooking Tip
Bake drumsticks at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once. Add remaining ingredients and lower heat to 350 degrees. Cover and bake for 1 hour.

Where does it come from?
A drumstick is the bottom half of a leg.
