What is a Chicken Breast?

Chicken breast is under rated if you ask me, people buy chicken fillets nowadays for health reasons. But you need a bit of fat on your chicken to bring out the flavours. Plus you get to munch on a chicken wing, can't be bad. It does cost more that the leg but its not a massive difference.

Butchers Tip
On the inside of the breast there is a small flap which is called a inner fillet. This is ideal place to stuff various things to give added flavour.

Cooking Tip
Always make sure your chicken is fully defrosted before cooking.

Where does it come from?
A chicken breast comes from a chicken's breast. I guess you knew that though.
