What about Chicken?

Chicken is probably the most popular meat now in the butcher shop and with the raise of the chicken nugget the future looks good for the humble bird. It is great for diets (got to take the skin off though, boo hoo) and high in protein. Just remember to always cook it well as I found to my cost after eating at a friends house many moons ago when we were stupid teenages.

Have you ever tried corn fed chickens? Quite a nice taste give them a try.

Cooking Tip
Try cooking the chicken upside down, it makes the breast meat more moist.
