What is Back Bacon?
Bacon Bacon sells by the bucket full and with good reason, it generally nice and lean plus simple to cook. Also it seems to keep well in a fridge and should last a good week.
Butchers Tip
Generally there are two types, there is Dutch and Danish. I think Danish is more salty so pick what suits.
Cooking Tip
Just bang it in the oven, under the grill or even fry it if your waist can take it.
Where does it come from?
Back Bacon is cured Pork and comes from the Pork Loin of the pig.
